Case Study: Project Lamport
The property owners of ‘Lamport’ needed a complete building and renovation service to their property, the property hadn’t been refreshed or updated in over ten years, so it needed a contemporary and fresh look for them to add to their portfolio.

Kingston Projects provided a completely new fitted kitchen and bathroom, new flooring across the house and landscaping services to the front and back of the house.
The wall separating the kitchen and the utility was knocked down to create one large, spacious kitchen with an integrated fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Knocking the wall down between the two rooms also meant that more light was able to enter the room, creating a well-lit space for tenants to enjoy.
The lounge / diner for this property has been completely transformed; the old vinyl flooring has been replaced with a warm and comforting grey carpet with luxury grey curtains to match. The lighting has completely changed this room from an old 1970’s vibe to a fresh contemporary one with these modern LED spotlights.
The ensuite has been updated to a more contemporary and cleaner look, the removal of the shower walls makes the space feel bigger and more inviting.
All the windows were replaced at Lamport to double glazing, the front door was also replaced to a more modern design. The garage door was repainted to match the rest of the house and to a more neutral colour. The hedges to the left were removed to create a larger driveway.
